This can be dressed up with a skirt top or slacks, or dress down with some jeans and shorts.  No matter how you style it, it will be a show stopper. 

Beautiful and comfortable with its full skirt it is forgiving on the hips, and gives the appearance of a dress when belted. 
 
For care it is best to dry clean to keep the integrity of the fabric.
